As a founder of The Cosmetic Center in Port Arthur, Texas, Dr. Binur is dedicated to the advancement of plastic and reconstructive surgery and excellence in patient care. In private practice since 1992, Dr. Nir S. Binur is a board certified plastic and cosmetic surgeon serving the greater Golden Triangle area. Dr. Binur obtained his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine in Haifa, Israel. Following his formal education, Dr. Binur completed seven years of general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery residency training. He then completed a Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the Maricopa Center of Phoenix, Arizona.
In addition to cosmetic surgery and skin care, Dr. Binur specializes in hand surgery. With a particular interest in cosmetic plastic surgery, Dr. Binur understands how it can greatly enhance a person's quality of life when performed for the right reasons.
